Vine growing methods.



- The vine grower’s followers of a reasoned agriculture work the vineyard in the respect of a secular tradition and the environment.

- Mechanical works is encouraged to chemical weed control.

In this step, some plots are with the permanent grass.



This technique permits a better control of vine growing in a natural environment.

- The Vineyard of La Croix Gratiot extends on 30 hectares.



- The restructuring of the vineyard set up since 1996, is the fruit of a reflection about composition of the soil and climatic conditions. This one led up to us to plant grape varieties that can have the best expression.



-The white grapes varieties are Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Piquepoul, Roussanne, Viognier and Muscat petit grain.



- The reds are Syrah, Pinot and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Those aromatic grapes varieties express entirely their typicity on ours sunny hills.
